Today, the High Prosecution Council (KLP) selected prosecutors Ols Dado, Anita Jella and Ndini Tavani, to join the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK).
SPAK, from the 17 prosecutors it had for the investigation of files, is now supplemented with 20 prosecutors.
Who are the 3 new prosecutors?
Ols Dado worked in the private sector and as a notary, before being appointed prosecutor in the Pogradec Prosecutor's Office in 2008. In 2010, he was transferred to the Tirana Judicial District Prosecutor's Office, while since 2020 he has been assigned to the General Prosecutor's Office as an assistant- magistrates.
Prosecutor Ols Dado faced the Independent Qualification Commission, KPK without problems on November 1, 2022, when during the hearing no findings were reported for which the burden of proof had been passed in any of the revaluation criteria. Dado thanked the Commission, calling the investigation in-depth and objective, and asked for confirmation in office. So his encounter with vetting went without any problems.
Anita Jella
