Albert Halilaj will be the mayor of Kukes Municipality.
The results after the end of the counting show that Halilaj has won with more than 5500 votes against the candidate of the coalition "Bashke Fitomje", Emri Vata.
The early elections in Kukës were held due to a sexual scandal of the newly elected mayor, Safet Gjici.
