Godfather in Pristina: Kosovo Albanians, the most stable base of our tourism

The Minister of Tourism and Environment Mirela Kumbaro visited Pristina today, where she was received by the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani. In the meeting with President Osmani, Minister Kumbaro stated that Kosovo Albanians are the solid basis of year-round tourism in Albania.
"The tour of activities in Pristina started with a very energetic meeting with the President of the Republic of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani. The main topic of the conversation was tourism and exchanges between our two countries, where guests from Kosovo remain the most stable basis of year-round tourism, but the good news is that even the Albanians of Albania prefer to visit the tourist and natural attractions of Kosovo every year. We agreed on new opportunities for cooperation in tourism, strengthening of joint promotion between our countries, as well as I sent President Osmani an invitation for a visit to Albania from the mountainous areas to the coast, including the Vjosa River, now a National Park", said the minister Godfather.
President Osmani, on the other hand, praised "the development and growth that Albania has experienced in tourism, expecting record numbers of visitors".
During her stay in Pristina, Minister Kumbaro will also hold meetings with the Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Liburn Aliu, the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Republic of Kosovo, Rozeta Hajdari, as well as the chairman of PDK, Memli Krasniqi.
The minister will also participate in the activity for the opening of the tourist season of Lezha, which will be held in Pristina, in the symbolism of gratitude for all Kosovar Albanians who choose Albania as their destination.
