About 13,500 employees of the State Police, the Police Supervision Agency and the Guard of the Republic have 30 days to complete the self-declaration form if they have previously used the applications that are shaking the world of crime, "SkyECC" and "EncroChat".


Interior Minister Taulant Balla signed the order this Monday, which asks all those who are part of the security structures to declare their use in the past, if they have it, along with the period and reason for use.


Whatever reasons the police write for using the SkyECC and EncroChat applications, I will take them to task as they will be immediately expelled from the structure.

The form has 3 pages and in addition to the personal data and rank held by the employee, 3 questions are listed, the first 2 for separate use of the 2 applications and the last for common use.
