Today Edi Rama started the day with this announcement: "GOOD MORNING and with the announcement that we are continuing the process of reimbursement with free oil cards for over 5,000 other farmers from this week, I wish you a good day."
The day before, Erion Brace raised the issue and called for a resumption of the pending oil refund process.
"If we want corn in August, September, October, we need water now. Oil is needed for irrigation! The interrupted free oil process must resume now. I called the Minister of Agriculture for interpellation and the deadline expires this week ".
Through this support, farmers can benefit on average from 70-100 L of free oil per hectare of land planted, depending on the crops.
The application process has been closed for several months, but still some applications are being reviewed.
