The prosecutor of Vlora, Saimir Smaka, is finally dismissed from office. The Special Appeal Panel upheld the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission of July 7, 2023.

Saimir Smaka completed his studies at the Magistrate's School in 2014. For 7 years, he worked at the Vlora District Prosecutor's Office.
Smaka did not pass the vetting process.
