After the verifications carried out to meet the legal conditions, the Supreme Court officially announces the candidacies for the election of 2 judges from the ranks of the judges of the first instance court and 1 judge from the ranks of the judges of the courts of appeal as follows:
- Emona Muçi – Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana
- Irida Kacerja – Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction Tirana
- Alma Kodraliu – Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Tirana
- Gentiana Muçaj – Administrative Court of First Instance Tirana
- Markelian Koça - Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës
