The year-end bonus for pensioners, in the amount of 5 thousand ALL, will start to be distributed from December 1. About 687 thousand citizens will be able to receive the bonus together with the monthly pension payment, 585 thousand 809 in urban areas and 101 thousand 114 in rural areas.
The distribution of the payment will be made according to the usual schedule, that is, on the dates when the elderly or other categories of beneficiaries withdraw their pension. The Institute of Social Security indicates that the payment can be withdrawn even after December 31.
The fund available for this year's bonus is in the amount of 3.5 billion ALL, while in 2024 the amount will increase to 3.6 billion ALL.
