The whole of Albania was in "black out" at noon this Friday. From Kukësi to Saranda, citizens were left without electricity for almost 20 minutes.
It is reported by the media that due to this interruption, the Tirana-Podgorica line has fallen. Gradually the situation is returning to normal.
Meanwhile, until now there is no official reaction, more details are expected in the future.
