The Llogara tunnel will be opened on July 5. The news was given by Prime Minister Rama as he also posted a video from the longest tunnel in the country.
This tunnel is 6 kilometers long and is part of SH8. It passes under the Llogara Pass (1027 meters above sea level) and connects Vlora with the Albanian Riviera.
Work on its construction began in November 2021.
