The top floor of an apartment was engulfed in flames in the area of the former bus park in Tirana.
Although the fire brigade has been fighting the flames for more than an hour, extinguishing or at least bringing them under control seems impossible.
The causes of the fire are still unknown, while no injuries have been reported.
