Rama for the Greek media after the meeting with Minister Skrekas: Joint plans in

"We have common and very mutually beneficial plans and we just need to move forward quickly and benefit from these plans, from the fact that we can exchange energy since we have resources of different natures, we are 100% hydro, "Greece is gas, it is thermal."

This was stated by Prime Minister Edi Rama in a statement for the Greek television channel ERT, which closely followed the visit to Tirana of the Greek Minister of Energy and Environment, Costas Skrekas.

Rama adds that "it was a great pleasure to meet, to receive the Minister together with the delegation", while the focus of the meeting was concrete plans for cooperation in the energy sector.

The public television channel of the neighboring country has also reflected the statement of the Albanian Minister of Energy, Belinda Balluku, who says that "we have discussed in terms of investment opportunities that the Greek side can make in the Albanian territory, in terms of new energy sources, of course we talk to each other about green energy sources ”.

The Albanian Minister of Tourism, Mirela Kumbaro, also spoke about "ERT", after the meeting in her office with the Greek Minister.

"Tourism is also a topic we shared because the environment and protected areas are also a tourist attraction and we must protect them, but we must also develop them in a sustainable way," said Kumbaro.
