The Elbasan - Librazhd axis was blocked for about 30 minutes and this caused vehicles to get stuck in traffic. The reason is the protest of the residents of the area, who are looking for a secondary road to Miraka.
According to them, with the new road, their five villages have remained isolated as a secondary road is needed.
