Following the end of the 7-day ceasefire, Israel has intensified attacks in the southern Gaza Strip around Khan Yunis, ordering the evacuation of civilians, while Hamas fired rocket barrages at several towns in the Jewish state.
Hamas says that in cooperation with the Islamic Jihad, they launched at least 250 rockets towards Tel Aviv, but also in other cities, while two soldiers were killed.
