Isolation brings tensions in Austria and the Netherlands, cars burnt and protesters injured by police
Thousands of citizens have taken to the streets of Vienna to protest against the rules against Covid, the isolation and mandatory vaccination that will be imposed from February. The situation has been tense in recent hours. Some protesters have been arrested, but there is no exact number.
The situation in the Netherlands, in Rotterdam, is just as tense. 7 protesters were injured during the clash with the Police. Others have been handcuffed.
Protests have also started in Zagreb. The reason is the same, tightening measures against Covid.
Rising figures have prompted these states to take action, but on the eve of the holidays, decisions have not been well received by citizens.
