Forbes released the list of the 10 richest people in the world! No women, all men
We say that women…, that women…, that women…, but this Forbes list reminds you that unlike Beyoncé's song “Who run the World”, it's the men who carry the baton.
The billionaires at the top of the Forbes list have had a very good November - at least as far as their stocks are concerned. All 10 richest people in the world are richer today than they were a month ago. Their wealth increased by nearly $115 billion — a 9% increase, due to the rise in stocks ranging from Tesla to Alphabet.
Forbes has been keeping track of the world's billionaires since 1987.
Together, the 10 richest people in the world, according to Forbes, are worth $1.44 trillion.
The biggest gainer last month was Elon Musk, the richest person in the world; a nearly 17% rise in Tesla's stock price during November pushed Musk's fortune by $28 billion to $245 billion. The CEO of electric car maker Tesla, Musk also owns stakes in private rocket firm SpaceX and social media company X, formerly known as Twitter.
