After more than 12 hours, the meeting between Kosovo-Serbia and EU representatives, as mediators between the parties, has ended. According to Borrell, in principle the parties have agreed to normalize relations, although they have not yet signed an agreement on this.

Borrell said:

It is important that we move forward to make this a reality, we will continue until we reach an agreement. We will work to achieve the normalization of their relations," said Borrell.

Vucic said:

"There is some kind of agreement. I am satisfied, there are some points we will have to discuss. The priority remains the formation of the Association, the Albanian side insisted on signing the agreement. I haven't signed anything. I will discuss in Serbia what I strongly agree with. Tomorrow I will report on what happened. We will also have the statements of Borrell and Kurt. We must stay on the European path".

The focus of today's discussions was the European proposal that Kosovo and Serbia have accepted on February 27, but which has not been signed.

The European proposal includes 11 points for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
