Escobar meets Kurti: Serbian roadblocks must be removed immediately

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today received for a meeting the special envoy of the United States of America for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, with whom he discussed the recent situation created in the north as well as the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
"The current situation and recent developments were discussed, especially in the northern part of the Republic of Kosovo. It was emphasized that the barricades on the road should be removed immediately. The meeting also discussed the relations between Kosovo and Serbia, the dialogue process and the way forward towards the full normalization of the relations between the two countries", says the statement of the head of government after the meeting.
Meanwhile, Escobar, after the meeting, did not give details about the conversation they had. He said that this meeting was part of the regular meetings they have with Prime Minister Kurti.
