Haradinaj's proposal for the situation in the north: Return to where we started, to the 21-day plan

The chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, in an interview for the Voice of America, said that the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority should be part of the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. He said that the government should carefully handle the situation in the north.
"I see the way out in a return, that is, not in focusing only on the Association, but a return to the starting point, even in the period before the table plan, the famous 21-day plan, but a return to the basic agreement", he said.
Haradinaj said that the European proposal supported by the United States for a Kosovo-Serbia agreement represents mutual recognition despite the fact that this is not mentioned in the document.
