Apartments and cars, SPAK requests the sequestration of Redjan Rrahja's property

SPAK requested the sequestration of the assets of Redjan Rrahja, accused of the assassination of prosecutor Arjan Ndoja, and the only one arrested for the incident.
In his direct or indirect ownership are two apartments, two garages and several vehicles.
The confiscation list also includes a rolex watch and the sum of 2750 euros.

Based on the provisions of Law no. 10192 dated 03.12.2009 "For the Prevention and Punishment of Organized Crime and Trafficking Through Preventive Measures against Wealth", the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime registered on 22.01.2021 property proceeding no. 2, in charge of the citizens of Redjan Ray etc.
As a function of the investigations of this property proceeding, many investigative actions were carried out and at their conclusion today on 13.10.2022 the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime addressed the Court with the request for confiscation of assets as follows:
Apartment property, with a surface area of 76 m2 (Tirana), registered in the name of the citizen R. Rraja.
Property, with a plot of 30 m2, unit (Tirana), registered in the name of the citizen R. Rraja.
Property unit with 127.5 m2 (Tirana), registered in the name of citizen M. Ç. but which is indirectly owned by the citizen R. Rraja.
Garage property with a total area of 18.09 m2 (Tirana), registered in the name of citizen M. Ç. but which is indirectly owned by the citizen R. Rraja.
Garage property with a total area of 18.09 m2 (Tirana), registered in the name of citizen M. Ç. but which is in the indirect possession of the citizen R. Rraja.
The gray Audi A8 vehicle, seized from the citizen KK but which is indirectly owned by the citizen R. Rraja.
Vehicle with license plate Audi A8, registered in the name of R. Rraja.
A Rolex wristwatch.
The amount of 2750 Euros.
These assets have been seized by decision no. 22 dated 23.10.2021 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.
