Finland's Prime Minister responds to party video criticism: I danced, sang,

Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin has had to defend her private life after a video of her enjoying a party with friends went viral.

In the video, Marin is seen singing and dancing with her friends.

"I danced, I sang, I partied, I did legal things," Marin told reporters Thursday.

"I have a family life, a job and also my free time that I spend with my friends. I have nothing to hide," she added.

It's not clear who posted Marin's video - which appears to have been posted as an Instagram Story and features clips taken from various moments of the evening.

Marin said he felt bad that the video had been shared.

"I believed that since the videos were taken at a private event, they would not be published."

In Finland, Marin's political rivals have demanded that she be drug tested.

It comes after several media outlets reported that the Finnish word "jauhojengi" meaning "powder" - an apparent reference to cocaine - could be heard in the video clip.
