The Princess of Wales, 43, has announced that her cancer is now in remission and she is focusing on her recovery. She shared the news in an emotional statement on social media.
“As anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis knows, it takes time to adjust to a new normal. However, I am looking forward to a year filled with opportunity and fulfillment,” the Princess of Wales said in a social media post on Tuesday. “Thank you to everyone for your continued support.”
This statement came after her visit to the Royal Marsden Hospital, where the Princess continued treatments following her diagnosis and received further care.
