The Institute of Geosciences has predicted flooding in several towns in Albania, such as Shkodra, Lezha, Durres, Tirana, Fieri and Vlora.
It is learned that Tirana and Fieri are expected to have the highest intensity of rainfall, while a significant drop in temperatures is also expected.

FLOOD RISK FORECAST
This afternoon (Monday, the 28th), light rain is expected in Shkodra region. Tomorrow (Tuesday, the 29th) intense rainfall is expected in Shkodër, Lezhë, Durrës, Tirana, Fier and Vlorë districts, while average in most other districts of the country. Rainfall will also be accompanied by thunderstorms in almost all districts.
During the next day (Tuesday, the 29th) it is expected to rain with high intensity, which will be more concentrated in the north and south of the territory. In the districts of Shkodër, Lezhë, Durrës, Tirana, Fier and Vlorë there may be rapid floods of small mountain rivers and landslides. In urban areas, localized flooding problems may occur in these counties, depending on the condition of the sewers.
