Kosovo is the most pro-American country, Serbia is the most pro-Russian country;

Kosovo calls Putin an aggressor, Serbia calls him a friend;

Kosovo is the country that respects minorities the most, Serbia is the most repressive country towards minorities;

Kosovo is run by the man who was in Milosevic's prisons, Serbia is run
by Milosevic's collaborator;

Kosovo wants the future in the West, Serbia in the East;

Kosovo is always a victim, Serbia is always an aggressor country;

Serbia exerts asymmetric violence, the internationals blame it symmetrically;

Is Kosovo a problem that is building a democratic and multi-ethnic state or Serbia that does not recognize Kosovo?

Is Kosovo a problem with its policies and actions or is it Serbia?

Does Kosovo or Serbia threaten peace and security in the region?
