Lulzim Basha has referred to SPAK the Speaker of the Parliament Lindita Nikolla, after the latter made the changes requested by Gazment Bardhi for the return of the expelled MPs to the PD group.
In the lawsuit, among several requests that the Speaker of the Parliament did not take into account, the one to change the places where the MPs sit stands out.
Lulzim Basha has requested that Lindita Nikolla remove Gazment Bardhi from the chair on Basha's side and place Arbi Agalli in his place.
"On 11.10.2023, the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, represented by Chairman Lulzim Basha, has conveyed some changes in the seats and the reduction of some of the members of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party as follows: - Mr. Arbi Agalliu takes the seat and Mr. Gazmend Bardhi and vice versa, Mr. Kreshnik Collaku takes the place of Mr. Agron Gjekmarkaj and vice versa. In coordination with other deputies, the change of seats as follows: - Mr. Selaudin Jakupllari takes the place of Mr. Lefter Gështenja and vice versa, - Mrs. Andia Ulliri takes the place of Mr. Allan Dogjani and vice versa, - Mrs. Merita Bakiu takes the place and Mr. Saimir Korreshi and vice versa." It is said in the lawsuit that Basha filed in SPAK after the acceptance of expelled MPs in the DP parliamentary group.
