"We are at the time when we are planting decorative bushes, flowers, we will place the bell tower that was made with the casings of the events of '97, as a symbol of peace. Each of the cubes will get a special color, so that children can find the classroom more easily. This building, which until yesterday glorified the past, communism, today promotes the opposite, not isolation, but openness, not oppression, but liberation. I believe that the liberation of this building has been one of the main battles we have had for the urbanism of the city, and you are one of the first to have the opportunity to enter this construction site, until in a few weeks we open it to the public. Here we win not only a super building with 23 cubes accompanying it, but also a super park, to bring back another green space in Tirana", said Mayor Veliaj.

The Mayor of Zagreb, Tomislav Tomasevič said that the work done with the Pyramid of Tirana is impressive. "It is the right way to face the difficult history, not to erase it, but to convert it, looking towards the future. There is no better way to look into the future than through education. To invest, to use this piece of difficult history, to deal with the past, but also looking towards the future of the children, this is the best way to deal with history. Therefore, congratulations!", said the head of the Municipality of Zagreb.
