Video/Vucic before the media in Belgrade: Kosovo is not a state. I don't want to sign an agreement

The President of Serbia, Aleksander Vu?i?, appeared today in front of the media in Belgrade, saying that he has not signed the annex for the implementation of the Agreement for the normalization of relations with Kosovo, "because Kosovo, unlike Serbia, is not an internationally recognized state", therefore , according to him, an international legal agreement cannot be reached.
"I didn't sign for some things. Serbia is an internationally recognized country legally and what they call the Republic of Kosovo to me is not. That's why I don't want to make international legal agreements with the Republic of Kosovo. Of course, in the formal-legal sense it will be difficult to show that there is an agreement without signature, but after every Summit, just in case, I speak unequivocally about our red lines, which means that we will not recognize independence of Kosovo, let's not even accept its membership in the UN," declared Vu?i?.
