Arturo Ferruzzi, the nobleman and benefactor of work, has passed away
On November 8, Arturo Ferruzzi, working man and son of Serafino Ferruzzi, founder of the largest Italian agro-industrial group, passed away at the age of 84. Always away from the limelight, Arturo Ferruzzi continued his father's work, taking care of the development of the agricultural world with dedication and passion and actively contributing to the creation of an 'empire' known around the world. He brought Italian excellence to global markets: his love for the fields and for cultivating the land always led him to be at the forefront, following every step of the supply chain. After retiring to Sicily, he followed his wife Maria Cristina Busi, president of Confindustria Catania, of Sibeg Coca-Cola, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Albania and CEO of Coca-Cola Bottling Albania (CCBS) - by her side for 41 years . Always reserved, he represented a reference point for the family, a pillar, a security, conveying to them the values that permeated his professional and personal life. An outstanding figure and character with great human values: always positive, always balanced, his elegance and kindness will be missed. He leaves a deep mark on the community and an indelible memory on those who knew him.
