Oppenheimer has become the highest-grossing biopic of all time, surpassing Bohemian Rhapsody's $910.8 million.
Other films it has surpassed include 2014's American Sniper ($547.4 million) and the 2017 musical The Greatest Showman ($435.7 million).
The director of the film, Christopher Nolan, reacted with a post on Twitter about this historical record.
"The #Oppenheimer film has surpassed $912 million at the worldwide box office. It's now the highest-grossing biopic of all time, surpassing 'Bohemian Rhapsody,'” he tweeted.
