The longest bus journey will take 56 days across Europe

Want to spend two months traveling? You can do it. A line from Istanbul to London is considered the longest bus journey. It lasts 56 days.

Indian expedition company Adventures Overland makes it possible.

Due to depart in August, the 56-day voyage, which is available for up to 30 passengers. It will take travelers from Turkey's largest city, through the Balkans, Eastern Europe, Scandinavia and Western Europe, to the UK capital.

A ferry crossing in the Gulf of Finland, a visit to the North Cape (or Nordkapp) - the northernmost point in continental Europe and a cruise along the Norwegian fjords - are among the highlights of the 12,000 kilometer journey.

The entire package costs $24,300 and includes a daily breakfast, along with 30 lunches and dinners, and all hotel stays.

While traveling by bus for two months might not sound too appealing to some, the vehicle is described as 'a distinctive, luxurious coach designed for comfortable long-distance travel'.

Those on board will be able to relax in comfortable seats. Each passenger is allowed to take two suitcases.

The bus to London is scheduled to depart Istanbul on August 7 and arrive in London on October 1.
