Elon Musk warns he will not buy Twitter and files charges against the company
Elon Musk is threatening to pull out of his $ 44 billion bid to buy Twitter, accusing the company of refusing to give him information about spam accounts.
In a letter sent to the social media company, it is stated that Musk has been constantly seeking information since May 9, about a month after his offer to buy the company, in order to estimate how many of the company's 229 million accounts are fake.
Twitter shares have fallen 23% in the last month.
Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal has said the company has consistently estimated that less than 5% of accounts on the platform are fake.
