The development of Artificial Intelligence has filled the world with excitement and fear. This is because it is seen as a great help, but there is also the fear of replacement.
But one profession can be safe for now. According to a study by Brigham Young University (BYU) in the US, human accountants still pass ChatGPT in accounting exams.
The study consisted of 327 co-authors from 186 different educational institutions in 14 countries, who contributed 25,181 accounting exam questions.
The study's lead author, BYU accounting professor David Wood, wanted to recruit as many professors as possible to help inform the debate about how AI language models should be incorporated into education, without damaging it.
